These terms are between you and VeloCrew, and they govern your use of QuoteProposal. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under logins in your workspace, so tell us promptly at support@velocrew.in if you think a login has been compromised. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
Anyone with a login counts as a user, including viewers. Suspending a member frees their seat immediately, so a departing colleague does not keep costing you.
Plans, trials and billing
Plan limits apply per workspace. As you approach a limit we warn you; once you reach it you cannot add more of that thing — but nothing you have already created is ever deleted or hidden. Current plans and prices are on pricing, and prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Paid plans begin with a free trial. We take your payment details at signup but charge nothing until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the billing page at any point before then. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments and renewals are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails we retry and keep your workspace available during a short grace period; if it is still unpaid after that, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, and your data stays exportable.
You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not give pro-rata refunds for a period already started, and we do not charge you again after cancellation. Trial length and grace period are configured per plan and shown to you before you are charged.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase affecting your plan, and it will only apply from your next renewal.
Your content
The quotations, proposals, templates, customer records, branding and other material you put into QuoteProposal remain yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to host, store, process, transmit and display that content, for you and to the recipients you send it to. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload — logos, images and text included — and for the accuracy of the figures in documents you send.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuoteProposal to:
- send unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading documents;
- impersonate another person or business;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
- send bulk unsolicited messages;
- probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service or the infrastructure it runs on, or work around its rate limits and plan limits.
Automated access is rate limited. Security research is welcome under the disclosure policy on our security page.
Availability
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep QuoteProposal available, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits on any plan. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where we can. Current state is on status. If we introduce an SLA it will appear here.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that has gone unpaid past the grace period — with notice, unless the breach makes immediate action necessary.
On termination you keep the right to export your data for 30 days, after which workspace data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
QuoteProposal helps you produce and send quotations. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and the numbers in a document you send are yours to check. Beyond what these terms promise, the service is provided as-is, without further warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will cover us against third-party claims arising from content you send through the service or from your use of it in breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
