1. Pick the customer and the template
Choose who it is for and the template for the job. Scope, terms, payment schedule and pricing rules arrive with it, so you start from a document that is already most of the way there — and the same template serves the next customer, and the one after that.

2. Answer the questions, and the pricing follows

3. Send it for approval
Route the quotation to a manager before it reaches the customer. They approve it, or send it back for changes — and nothing leaves the building until somebody has said yes.

4. Send it, and they accept

Do I need a card to start?

Can I use my own letterhead and branding?
Yes, from Starter upward. Upload your logo, set your colours, and every PDF and shared link uses them.
Does it handle GST correctly?
Yes — CGST/SGST splits, inter-state IGST, per-line tax rates and rounding are all handled, and money is computed in integer paise so totals never drift.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You are told before you cross it, not after. Nothing is deleted; you simply cannot add more until you upgrade.
Can I import my existing item list?
Yes. Bring in items, rates and customers, and QTN keeps a usage count so your most-quoted lines rise to the top of the picker.
Who can see my data?
